If you don’t like what I’m wearing because I don’t fit into your “ideal” image of a body type, then you’re the one with the problem. Not me.

- Wear a costume. It can be as fancy or as simple as you wish.
- Be aware of the dimensions of your costume and/or props. Try not to hit other people or block aisles, doors, hallways, etc.
- If your costume involves theater/Halloween grade make-up (i.e. body paint, fake gore, fake blood, etc) be careful to keep potentially staining make-up contained to yourself and do not rub it off on other people, furniture, walls, or other architecture.
- If your costume involves real-world symbols (i.e. military patches, flags, swastikas, etc) be aware that you could be misconstrued as either representing or disrespecting actual groups or peoples. Be very cautious of your behavior while displaying such symbols.
- Ask before invading anyone’s personal space (touching someone).
- Do not be a jerk to other people.
- Have fun.

- Needles (for hand-sewing)
- Thread (transparent/clear thread removes the need for color matching)
- Scissors
- Small Strong Magnet (to find the inevitably dropped needle)
- Hot Glue Gun
- Glue Sticks
- Safety Pins
- Bobby Pins
- Wip Cap (always nice to have an extra)
- Topstick (fashion tape/mounting tape)
- Clear Nail Polish (stops runs in any pantyhose-eque material)
- Bandaids/Moleskin/Neosporin (for injuries sustained from unrealistic shoes)
